Certification note "Certified B Corporation" is a trademark licensed by B Lab, a private non-profit organisation, to companies that, like ours, have successfully completed the B Impact Assessment ("BIA") and meet B Lab's requirements in terms of social and environmental performance, accountability and transparency. It is specified that B Lab is not a conformity assessment body pursuant to Regulation (EU) No. 765/2008, nor a national, European or international standardisation body pursuant to Regulation (EU) No. 1025/2012. The BIA criteria are distinct and independent from harmonised standards resulting from ISO standards or those of other standard-setting bodies and are not ratified by national or European public institutions.
