Sautéed Lattughino with tuna carpaccio

Ingredients

Lattughino Planet Farms
Mix Vivace Planet Farms
Sliced Fresh tuna
'nduja cream
Olive oil
Salt
Pepper
Oyster sauce
Candied tomato
Taggiasca olives
Candied lemon
Guacamole sauce
Horseradish cream
Buttery crunchy bread crumbs

Method

Put a drop of olive oil and a teaspoon of ‘nduja cream in a pan. Let it melt and add the Lattughino. Flavor it with a little salt and pepper. When it’s slightly wilted, take the pan off the heat and add the lettuce in a circular shape on our place. Spread it completely in the base of the mold. Slice the tuna then season it with oil, salt, pepper, and a little oyster sauce. Arrange the tuna on the lettuce and add candied tomato, Taggiasca olives, and Mix Vivace on top with candied lemon. Season it with guacamole sauce, horseradish cream, some buttery, crunchy bread crumbs, and, if you want, a last drop of oil.
